BILLING
Dear Customer
If you pay by credit card it is certain that your credit card account could vary either way a relatively small amount from the listed price because of continuing fluctuations in the exchange rate. Generally import duty charges are becoming less and less, however you may want to check current duty charges that may be applicable to these products with the Customs Department in your country

There seems to be a move now by the banks to start charging conversion fees when billiing credit cards for purchases outside Canada. As the world seems to head for free trade, which will remove your duty above, the banks are waiting in the shadows. This is your bank figuring out another way to get your money, it seems at the moment to amount to about $26.00 and is one reason why they have a skyscraper and you and I dont.
