BILLING
Dear Customer
If you pay by credit card it is certain that your credit card account could vary either way a relatively small amount from the listed price because of continuing fluctuations in the exchange rate. This results because there is a difference in time between the time the credit card transaction is submitted for payment at our bank, and the time the submission is processed by the credit card company.

We do not charge your card until the day of shipping to minimize the exchange rate fluctuations.

Generally your card will be billed within 24 to 48 hours of the credit card payment being deposited at our bank

DUTY
There will be duty on these products. This is an internal US Customs charge to you as an importer and is handled through UPS on their behalf. Generally it will amount to about $25.00 charges for these products imported into Australia because of New Zealand Manufacture, and the CER agreement between Australia and New Zealand

CONVERSION FEE
There seems to be a move now by the banks to start charging conversion fees when billing credit cards for purchases outside the United States. As the world seems to head for free trade, which will remove your duty above, the banks are waiting in the shadows. This is your bank figuring out another way to get your money.
